Klaket is a platform that generates AI video ads from images and text provided by the customer. Access is through a personal, non-transferable account.
Generation consumes credits, with the cost shown before each action. Plan credits renew each billing period and do not roll over. Pack credits never expire. Generations that fail for technical reasons are automatically refunded in credits. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal and remain active until the end of the paid period.
The customer warrants they hold all rights to uploaded images, trademarks and text, and that generated content complies with applicable advertising law, including rules on misleading advertising and AI-generated content disclosure.
Library personas are synthetic. Using a real person's likeness requires that person's express consent and prior approval by Klaket. Using public figures or anyone without authorization is prohibited.
Subject to these Terms, the customer may use generated videos commercially and must disclose them as AI-generated wherever the law or ad platforms require it.
Klaket does not guarantee commercial results and is not responsible for how the customer uses the videos. The service is provided as available, to the extent permitted by law.
Klaket may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, including fraud, unauthorized deepfakes or unlawful advertising.
