1. Prohibited

Deepfakes of real people without consent; using public figures or anyone's likeness without authorization; fake testimonials or reviews presented as real experiences; unproven health, cure, weight-loss or financial-gain claims; sexual, violent, hateful or discriminatory content, or content aimed at minors; illegal products or services (including weapons, drugs and prescription medicines); fraud, scams and schemes; content that infringes trademarks, copyright or other people's privacy.

2. Platform use

You may not create multiple accounts to obtain free credits, bypass limits or watermarks, access the service by automated means (scraping or bots), attempt to reverse engineer the systems, or use Klaket to send spam.

3. Required

Hold the rights to the products, brands and images you show; label content as AI-generated where the law or platforms require it; follow advertising rules and the policies of the platforms where you publish; handle the leads received on your landing pages in line with data protection law.

4. Consequences

Content that breaches this policy may be refused or removed and the account suspended or closed, without refund of abusively used credits. To report abuse, write to klaket.support@gmail.com.
